A focus on tomorrow’s agriculture and food industry Dion Céréales is one of Burgundy and Franche-Comté’s main agricultural cooperatives. It builds its future through investing in sustainable and responsible agriculture and in product innovation and processing. Dijon Céréales groups together a dozen companies and takes part in several unions of cooperatives, based around the 5 following areas of activity : • Grain (harvest and supply) • Milling • Onions and other vegetables (harvesting, packing and processing) • Distribution (landscaping , viticulture, stock breeding) • Logistics (transport and stocking). The group employs more than 700 people for the whole of its varied activities. Its total revenue was over 400 M€ for 2007-2008.
Dijon Céréales is: • the 12th largest French agricultural cooperative (SCA Dijon Céréales) • the 5th largest French milling company (Dijon Céréales Meunerie) • France’s largest producer of stone-milled organic flour (Decollogne) • the 2nd largest operator in Europe for the dehydration of onions and vegetables (STL)
